Vancouver Early Music Programme 2012

Auditing

PLEASE NOTE:
All fees quoted here are in Canadian currency (check today’s exchange rate here).

Non-Participating Auditors:

Non-Participating Auditors will be welcome at any activity of the Programme; they may sit in on any of the sessions & lectures (except private lessons) but may not actively participate unless specifically invited by the instructors. Daily or Weekly Auditing Passes for Non-Participating Auditors are available; the weekly passes include tickets for up to two Vancouver Early Music Festival concerts taking place during that week. 

Day Auditors:
The daily Auditing fee is Cdn$80, or Cdn$50 for mornings or afternoons only (check today’s exchange rate here).

Week Auditors:
The Auditing fee is Cdn$275 per week (check today’s exchange rate here); the weekly Auditing fee also includes up to 2 tickets for concerts during the week for which you have registered.

Advance registration is not required; you can register upon arrival at the Programme Office (room 325 in the UBC Music Building). We do recommed that Week Auditors do register in advance, especially if accommodation on campus is required. Advance registration for Week Auditors will also ensure that you will receive your ticket for the opening Sunday evening course of the week.

Auditing at the Baroque Vocal Programme

	TWO WEEKS: Monday, July 23 through Friday, August 3, 2012
	Week Auditors may register for one or for two weeks
	(Opening Event: Introduction on Monday morning, July 32, 2012)

Auditing at the Baroque Instrumental Programme

	TWO WEEKS: Monday, August 6 through Friday, August 17, 2012
	Week Auditors may register for one or for two weeks
	(Opening Event: Festival Concert on Sunday, August 5, 2010)
	Daily Schedule of Activities for the Baroque Instrumental Programme

In the unlikely event of unforeseen schedule changes or cancellations, Early Music Vancouver or the Vancouver Early Music Programme will not be liable for expenses incurred by participants other than tuition and accommodation fees paid.
